Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the grill or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply for non-defective items.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
